Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Georgia
My wife purchased a drink at - - on -/-/16. Address is - - - -, - - -. - -. E-ACTLY - minutes later an online charge of $310.00 was made to - -, and an online charge of $1100.00 was made to - in - and another online charge of $320.00 made to - - was Declined by Wells Fargo. So it appears that 15 minutes after my wife purchased a Smoothie there were - online charges made Fraudulently by a store employee who skimmed my credit card number. I have active Fraud cases open with Wells Fargo for these charges. She returned home immediately after buying the Smoothie so there was no other store purchases by her or myself. I was at work. I do not know who attempted these purchases. I assume they are female because of the - - purchases. So I am unable to provide the information requested above for the name of the person who committed this crime. I want to be refunded $310.00 back to my card. I myself contacted - to stop the $1100.00 charge. Wells Fargo is saying they will not refund the $310.00 because they show it was delivered to my address. It was not. 4 times a year this stuff shows up on 60 minutes where they get tracking info and wait for - to deliver while you are at work.. Anybody can get any address from the name on your CC in 2 minutes from -
