I have on my credit reports Jared - - - reporting as Chapter -, in collections, charge off and past due. This account was opened in -, never missed a payment and in - -, several months before my chapter - was discharged, the - dismissed my chapter - due to changing income and then reinstated it. Some how, - was notified and then decided they were to include this account in my chapter - ; against the law. You can not add accounts that were not initially included at the time of filing, per my lawyer and the Trustee.
