Citibank Credit card department,
I have a BestBuy card which is managed by Citi. BestBuy routinely promotes that you consumers receive certain months without interest but that all interest is cumulative and payable if all amounts are n't paid before the expiration of the promotion. Citi/BestBuy, however, limits the number of payments that can be made on the card, which I believe is to trip people into failing to make payments on time and then being able to charge all backdated interest.
