Experian has refused to remove a debt in which I requested the extremely old account to be removed. I have no payment history as I never made any payments so any history there would be fraudulent reporting on the creditors part. I know the organization can not produce any payment transactions because there are none. So to falsely report is illegal. Neither is the account attached to another account. I am within guidelines to have the extremely old debt from 2005 removed and ask that Experian please remove it immediately. It has been 11 years. The debt is - - open date 2005 account number -.
