I ordered some phones wholesale from -. I had a lot of trouble with the merchant, contacting them and finding a resolution. The phones were inspected and found to have non-oem parts. I requested a refund with the merchant and the merchant denied it. I opened a dispute 4 times with American Express because each time it was sided with the shady merchant. I provided documents showing phones being sent back and documents showing the professional evaluation of the phones. I got scammed out of $ -. Now I can not do anything because the merchant has told American Express that they never received the phones but instead received " books ''. I got scammed and American Express did absolutely nothing to protect me. My consumer rights were ignored and American Express continued to side with the lying merchant from -. I am complete upset and American Express could care less. All they want is money and to cash in on my losses. I have been scammed and defrauded.
