JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I applied for a Chase - card and received a denial letter. I contacted their reconsideration line and was advised that I was listed as an authorized user on another Chase Credit Card account that was charged off. I advised I was not aware of this and to provide details. No information was provided- I contacted EVERY customer service number for all the credit cards Chase offers in their portfolio. No one could assist me. Upon calling the reconsideration line, the second representative quickly backtracked and advised " oh- well that would n't hurt your score thaaat bad '' - but - information in regards to the debt. ( Which of course, not my debt )
