Continental Finance Company, LLC Credit card department,
I have not used the - card in over 1 year, I have attempted to close the account on numerous occasions and the autamated system disconects me after a brief hold and recording. I have been threatened by a company on behalf of continental credit that they will persue legal action. I have not received any written correspondance from - Credit card, and my online account shows no balance due as of -/-/2016. The acount remains open so they can charge me interest and fees.
