U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
- charged my credit card a cancelation fee when I saw it on my bill I immediately challenged it. Twice. US Bank sent paper work for me to fill out and fax to them. Which I did and still have the confirmation page. US Bank then said I did n't send the paperwork back and I need to pay them. I have not paid them and it is only $180.00 but they will ding my credit and I will continue to complain about them
