I received a summons to go to court. I had never received a letter for this until after i was served with the lawsuit. I couldnt even dispute this. I have lived in my home for almost 10 years. I went to court and told them that i was the only person working in my family and it was a part time that i had started a couple of days ago. I have - minor children and my husband is a military veteran in the process of applying for


I dont understand english well and my husband was not with me in court. They tricked me and said the only thing i could do is agree to a consent to a judgment which i didnt even understand what that was until i searched it in the internet. They tricked me just because i was scared. Now my home will have a lien on it because they didnt tell me what a judgment was, they just made me sign my name and told me that was the only thing i could do. I do not agree with this judgment.
