I called into Wakefield and Associates using the number on my credit report on - -, - at around -. In that call I provided my name, social security number and date of birth and the male representative told me they did n't have any records matching my information. On - - I filed a dispute with - and on - - I filed a dispute with - and -. The results were that the account was verified on - and - but that they had removed the account from -. On - - I sent a letter to them at the address listed on the - removal. The dates in my letter stated my call was in - instead of -, that was an error on my part but I included a copy of the removal and asked that they also remove from the other - bureaus. On - - I also made a call to - on an unrelated note and inquired as to how something could come back as verified if the company was given my information over the phone and told me they had no records for me. The representative then disputed the account again asking
information because they got it from my letter. At this point they are playing with my credit report and credit score and no one is able to rectify this situation. I have not received any response from my - - letter. It should also be noted that I called the hospital on - - as well and they told me they had no record of the account because it came from a date that was before their merger with - other - and they did n't have any records prior to - -, -. They advised me to contact the collection agency, which I did and that 's when this situation arose.
