Experian is reporting a fraudulent account on my credit report twice and has refused to remove. Experian in reporting - same account two times from -, account numbers Account number -. Obviously, - does not know it is illegal to report the same - account twice, against FCRA. I have submitted accountable documents to Experian to support that this - same fraudulent account from Navient Account number - is reporting twice and it - - 's account not - -. I have never signed or had any affiliation with this account Account number- from -. I did not know about the account until discovering on my credit reports. I am now submitting a notarized letter from - - which she is the party responsible for the account and I am asking for the immediate removal of them from my Experian credit report once again. Again, I am asking for the immediate deletion of this fraudulent account which is reporting two times. I have submitted uncountable documents to support that this account does not belong to me and I should not have to result to legal representation for the removal of the fraudulent accounts. I am attaching a notarized document from - - acknowledging that this debt belongs to her not - -
