JPMORGAN CHASE & CO. Credit card department,
Because of my heath, I take - medications : -. In an act of poor judgment, on - -, 2016, I ordered medications from an - online drug manufacturer affiliate, an order aggregator, if you will, " - '' ( - ) using my - Card managed by Chase. - sends your credit card information to a - third party billing and when the charge is approved, sends your order information to the manufacturer, who in turn send such information to a third party shipping agent. If you are thinking that there is lots of room for error, you are correct ; and that 's exactly what happened here. A charge posted to my account on - - from the - billing agent and Select notified me at first that they were having problems and then latere advised me that - packages had shipped -, -, and -. You can check the status of these packages with the - and/or the US Postal Service. As an example, you get, if you inquire about a package from the USPS : " Status for USPS package # - " -/-/2016 - -, - Departed " -/-/2016 - -, - - Departed "
note, a red flag is raised in that the numbers are not sequential ; - was right. There is a problem. - of the packages were sent to a - Zip code ; mine is -. The third package arrive - and when I opened it at the post office it had some medication I had never heard of and it was not of the class identified -. The name was -something and I got back in line to send it back but the poist officer said I could not return a drug and I has to surrender it to a pharmacy for disposition, which I did forth with. I am able, and did prove to Chase, nondelivery of - packages due to the manufacturing agents incompetence and I identified the problem with the - package exactly, ; the drug delivered ( -somethingoranother ) is NOT a -, - or -! But I did much more that this. I sent headquarter person - - a - page fax detailing and documenting the problems including a copy of an email by - complaining that Chase had charged back the order. I find that perplexing because - was saying that they considered the charge valid and had no knowledge of a previous fax detailing the issues. Yesterday, rather than - looking at the - page fax and revising Chase 's decision ( well not revising ; they already did charge back the order, but deciding to give me the money they took back from - ( minus the - % ) ), I got a letter from another -, - - saying that I hurt his feelings by not calling him ( I was out of town from - -, when I sent - the fax until yesterday ). Apparently, - - can not read. Because I had hurt his feelings, he was gioing to have Chase keep the $500.00 or so dollars they had charged back from - or what ever the - is called. Just today, in an act of futility, I sent - AND - a - page fax will all the evidence they could want. There is a final matter of defamation. In an earlier letter by a different person, Chase reported to the credit agencies that I was disputing bills. I never refused to pay to prevent Chase from making such a statement.
