U.S. Bancorp Bank Account Or Service Complaint

U.S. Bancorp Bank account or service department,

Checking account Deposits and withdrawals Wisconsin

Regarding a Closed US Bank Checking. I am filling a complaint against US Bank. This is an in response to US Bank placing what they think is amount owed on an overdrawn checking account in Collections with - - -. The current amount placed in collections is $700.00. The majority if not all of the what US Bank claims is the overdraft amount was caused by OVERDRAFT FEES. What has happened is that on one day the US Bank online site that I can access shows that I have a positive balance with my direct deposit being credited

changed to that Monday and I was charged an Over Draft Fee of $36.00 for that. This scenario has happened numerous times. The Bank Manager ( - - ) at the US Bank - office stated that the teller should not have given me the cash. I am fairly certain that the teller also had seen that my account had a deposit that was credited to my account and then gave me the cash withdrawal. I am including a Screen Shot of what I saw on the Saturday morning on US Bank 's online site. I am also including the same Screen Shot with notes on it in red that shows the overdraft fees that were charged while my account was positive. This is the only screen shot I have but this scenario has happened multiple times which is the reason my account became negative $700.00. In fact fees were charged twice on checks that were returned NSF and then re-submitted. If that money is not available it should not say that it is available. Why should I be charged these fees due to US Bank 's faulty website? I am demanding that the $700.00 that was placed in collections be zeroed out and be removed from collections. If anything US Bank owes me money for the fees that vendors charged my on returned checks that should not have been returned.
