Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was discharged in bankruptcy Illinois

I have an account with Synchrony bank/JCP that was CLOSED and DISCHARGED through bankruptcy since -/-/2011.. I tried to contact Synchrony bank twice via letter to remove it from my credit report since it was already discharged but they refused to remove it.
