I received a notice from CMRE Financial Services regarding a medical account on - - -. The notice claims that - - attempted to collect an unpaid balance and has since forwarded the account for collections. This is absolutely false. I made payments arrangements with Phx Childrens and have made monthly payments as I agreed to. The collection agency now is demanding payment in full with interest plus additional charges. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have done what I agreed to with Phx Childrens and this account should NEVER have been to collections. PLUS, the amount stated owed is not accurate. I do not owe that amount. That claim is also false!
