I opened an account with Citibank to consolidate my debt and take advantage of a 0 % rate. I set up the account and ask for no emails. They have started sending " hello, you have an account with us '' emails. The clerk says, if they have my email, they will be sending this email every month. It has no " unsubscribe '' link and she ca n't unsubscribe me either, unless she deletes my email from their data base. I want them to have my email, in case they have something of importance to say, but I wish to be left alone otherwise. Can you require them to leave me alone? Then, second, she has no way to forward a complaint to the corner office! I have to send a snail (! ) mail complaint to the following address Citibank - -. - - - -, - - I find this rude, contemptuous, and mean-spirited. thank you.
