Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I have an American Eagle credit card. I have been locked out online. I ca n't get in touch with a person to help me. I know I owe something but I ca n't verify the charges to pay. I called the woman who spoke with me kept interrupting me and hung up on me. I have not gotten anything in the mail. I have not received anything. I do n't know what 's going on. No mail, no calls, no email. I need to speak to someone to find out what is going on.
