U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I was accessed annual fees on an inctive USBank credit card. I had - and was in - for 3 months when they were sending the notices. But USBank was sending the statements to the wrong address and have my wrong mailing address and name. They reported 30 and 60 day late payment to the credit reporting agencies which has harmed my credit. I have followed all procedures to have the negative information removed from my credit report and USBank is refusing. this was all over a annual fee on a credit card I did n't activate.
