I opened - CD with Ally Bank five years ago the maturity was - -, 2016, we closed the CD on - -, 2016 and did not receive interest from -/-/- till -/-/-. I can not find my disclosure but I thought that they pay interested in the grace period. I called and they told me that do not pay interest because I close the account. Can you tell me if this is common practice?
