A branch specialist at Citibank made an unauthorized teller withdrawal on my checking and savings account. I filed a fraud claim with Citibank, but they denied it due to a lack of evidence and said the decision can not be appealed. They also can not further investigate the matter because the branch in question is now permanently closed. If Citibank would pull up the security footage of the incident, it would clearly show that I was n't present for any teller withdrawal and did n't withdraw any money. What other options do I have to recover my money?
