Fidelity Creditors has not done the required due diligence in collecting valid notarized documents from their client business - - to assure and prove a claimed debt collection belongs to me and provide accurate information to the credit bureaus. Thus Fidelity Creditors is guilty and libel of defamation and harassment towards me by using fraudulent documents to negatively impact my credit report. Also, Fidelity Creditors is sharing my personal information with other people and businesses without my permission and have thus compromised the security of my identity and put my personal well-being at risk.
