I upgraded to a - Spirit Airline Credit Card back in -. I have used the card exclusively to obtain air miles. I went to use those miles - recently only to find out that the miles expired because I was n't using the card. I explained to both Bank of America and to Spirit Airlines that I have charges an average of - to - a month ( I can provide statement print outs for the last 12 months of charges in excess of - each month ) - ( I can provide the last Spirit Airline statement ). Hours on the phone waiting, waiting and waiting ... prompts and then folks who can not really help. Are these Cards Scams? Should I really be using these types of cards?
