JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I had - in - on -/-/-. The total charge was $18000.00. I had to use - credit cards to pay the charge. $17000.00 on - and $1800.00 on Chase. The merchant or bank in - charged my cards three times for the amounts above. - was legitimate, the - - they refunded in -, - and the - - was an issue getting it back. However - was diligent and was able to get the third charge returned. Chase has denied the third charge as being a dispute and told me it was my issue. Now they are also saying it 's been too long and they ca n't do anything about it. ( $1800.00 ). I have been in contact with Chase every week or multiple times a week by e-mail and phone and even sent a registered packet with all the documentation showing there is only - charge - period. I even have an e-mail from the merchant stating the " total '' is $18000.00. I did n't know where else to turn.
