Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Arizona

Barclay Bank - Delaware allowed a fraudulent credit card to be opened in my name, after notifying them, providing a Police report regarding identity theft, documents showing that the account was not my account and opened without my knowledge, the representative was rude and stated that it was in her opinion that my wife Opened the account and that I needed to provide a police report naming her as the suspect for them to address my concerns, and that despite the numerous items that showed that the account was not mine, they continue to leave the account on my credit, it a damaged my credit score and continues to do so.
