Amex Credit card department,
I have had an AME- card since 1980. I have never been late on payments before this last month whenI dismiss a $100.00. payment. I am now receiving 10 to 14 calls each day for the last 5 days ( Thur. thru Mon. - even on Sun. ) This amount of calls for an old customer with good history and for this amount of money is RIDICULOUS! It has truly upset myself and my wife who wants to now drop the card entirely, to which I agree, but I feel this type of undue harassment should be dealt with by the government.
