Citibank Credit card department,
i have home depot credit card, this credit card charge 26.99 % interest .is this legal .can they charge what ever interest they want. i cant charge what ever i want .please investigate this credit 26.99 %. this is highway rubbery.this is not right.where is consumer protection against loan shark.
