We have Wells Fargo banking accounts. A banker was promoting Wells Fargo 's Visa card by saying if we apply a card and pay our cell phone bills once a cell phone is damaged or lost we will get a replacement with no question to be asked and indeed he got his own cell phone replaced. We applied a card and always pay cell phone bills by the card. Our daughter 's iphone got damaged and we took it to an -. The - replaced the damaged - by a new -, and we paid some $300.00. We filed card benefit claim by supplementing the - receipt. The Wells Fargo benefit office found the excuses of not honoring this claim. 1st they said, we needed manufacturer 's cost estimate. Well, I called by explaining - already replaced the damaged iphone. A representative acknowledged it as making a sense. Then no response for a long time until I called again. This time I was told I needed to get diagnoses. The damaged phone got replaced on - -! and already got replaced by then.
