Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit monitoring or identity protection Billing dispute Tennessee
Complaint against Experian. On - -, 2016, I ordered a one-time report for $4.00, which was charged to my credit card. I recently became aware that they have been charging me $19.00 ( recently increased to $24.00 ) monthly. I did not request, approve or authorize these charges. I feel this company is illegally charging customers for this monthly service after they have the customer 's credit card information. I received no benefit from this service and did n't even know I had it. I only became aware after going line-by-line reviewing credit card statements. I called Experian and cancelled ; therefore, it is not cancelled. I am ; however, left with the feeling I have been robbed. And I have been robbed. I am certain I did not check any boxes or do anything to make them think I wanted or approved this service. That same day in exactly the same manner, I ordered a one-time report from -. - only charged me once for the - report.
