A former bookkeeper we fired opened credit accounts in our name. Bank of America is one of those accounts. We have sent police reports and FTC ID Theft notarized affidavits to Bank of America. BofA is not taking the action required under the FCRA to delete this fraudulent account from our - credit file. Deleted from - and -, but not with -.
