Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I have monthly and yearly subscription and some I do n't even remember. So to protect myself, I report a stolen credit card. I received the new card from Barclay Card and to be safe I moved my monthly subscription to - -. As now, I have a charge from - that I did not authorized this charge and I called Barclay for the second time. They told me that as long that I did not cancel my subscription, the merchant will update with my new CCS ... and I can not get on hold with -.
me ... but it is not the role of Barclay - to mange the dispute with fees and what so ever. I called Barclay on -/-/16 and nothing was done. I just call now, spoke to a man ... we went over the issue and he put me on hold ... I call around - Pacific Time and now 43 minutes later ... it rings busy and it hangs up. Please ... we need some kind of protection and stop Barclay Card with this unlawful Act.
