Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I have a upromise - issued by Barclay 's bank. They have locked me out of the account and will not provide statements or information to manage the debt. They are demanding documents I do not have to prove my identity. I have made payments by blindly sending them to the payments address hoping not to be late.
