About 41 monthly payments in on a 60-month repayment plan with Citibank. In error, they drafted - payments from my bank account in - ( 3 days apart ). Refund of $36.00 NSF fee and refund of $530.00 was approved to be escalated ( -48 hours ) on -/-/16. As of -/-/16, refund has not occurred although I have contacted Citibank multiple times to no avail. Only getting the runaround.
