Citibank Credit card department,
I had a promotional balance with Best Buy. The promotion ended and I did n't know about it. I contract the - number and was told it was to late and 2 months ago that they could n't help me. I was told the only way to get help was write a letter to a different department. I also found out I was n't receiving a statement paper or via email. I was told if I did receive the statements I would know of when the promotion was ending. I was however receiving a due date payment which I had thought this was my statement but it turns out it was n't. I did however completely pay off my bill minus the interest. I have now sent - letters to the department they told me to contract and I have n't received anything back.
