I submitted information to Chase Visa Card member Services on a $250.00 dispute with - -, - - -, -, NC - on their - # - with - -, Customer Service Specialist - Ext - Mon-Fri - to - -. She recently charged back the dispute amount of $250.00 to my credit card. I have now consulted with an attorney and it has been indicated that Chase may not have properly reviewed the information that I sent. I sent documentation to Chase Visa showing that some information sent from the hotel is fraudulent and misleading. - and another representative of Chase Visa indicated to me that there was no attorney available to review the documents. They have not protected my interested from unfair and deceptive practices from the - - Hotel, - -, -, NC where I stayed.
