I applied for AAdvantage MasterCard issued by Citi in 2015. At that time, the promotion was : if you apply through - - 's website, you only need to spend $2000.00 in first three months to receive the - bonus miles. I did applied through - 's website and I did spend over $2000.00 in the first three months. However, I have n't receive the bonus miles until now. I have contacted the customer service and was told to provide proofs of such promotion. I have faxed the promotion details including advertisement and articles from third party consumer review websites. However, I still have n't receive any bonus miles.
