Bank of America Credit card department,
I transferred - WorldPoints from my Bank of America VISA card ending in - to my Fidelity - card ending in - on - -, 2016. This is during the transition from Fidelity - ( managed by FIA card services ) to Fidelity VISA ( managed by - card services ), and I think it might have messed up my points because I still have n't seen these points after myFidelity - ( ending in - ) was transitioned into Fidelity VISA ( ending in - ) on - -, 2016. The advertisement on the website said the points should be immediately available after the transfer, and however many points left on the old Fidelity - card would be automatically available on Fidelity VISA after - -, 2016. I contacted both Bank of America and Fidelity for this issue, and they basically blamed each other. Bank of America claimed the points were already transferred over, whereas Fidelity claimed they had no way to see those points.
