JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
It was a long time ago ... i have spoken to several customer service and upper management whom all have said one thing or another ... But my last call was weird. A supervisor said oh yes i see it was corrected and we will contact the credit report companies ... and literally within the same call moments later he said oh wait all the info is gone ... ( so confusing and i think they messed up and i am still paying for it ... )
