U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
US Bank refuses to award the annual renewal rewards bonus tied to their - - credit card product even though I have paid the annual fee. The fee was paid late because unlike -, - -, -, - - -, or -, they do not include the amount due or mininum payment due in the e-mailed statement. This problem happened 2 years is a row and now they are saying that because the fee was n't paid when it was due, I will not be receiving the annual rewards.
