Bank of America Credit card department,
on - -, I called the pay by phone line for my Bank of America AAA credit card to make a payment. I made a payment of the last statement balance of -. this amount was debited from my checking account twice, on the same day, Monday - -, - when - - notified me on - -, I called Bank of America and requested a refund. I was told it would take - five business days. on - -, the money was still not in, so I took a loan to cover my mortgage and stop the $35.00 fees charged daily. of course I followed up with a call to bank of America. I called again to bank of America on - - and -. I called again on the -, and they said it would take seven days, but should be in by the -. I called on the -, and they said it had just been approved, because someone from Bank Of America has submitted for a refund twice. because they made a mistake, it would take another 7 business days before I could get a refund. has anyone ever taken money out of your account? should n't they have returned it sooner? I ca n't pay bills, gas, food, until I get my $2000.00 back!!!!! can someone please help me.
