Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
PayPal has a repeated POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE of taking money for payments but then holding the funds for and extra week before releasing the available credit, even though they have the customers money. This practice is completely WRONG and PayPal needs to be investigated for wrongfully taking cash from their customers and holding it hostage, putting customers and small businesses at risk. Please investigate these unacceptable business practices and force PayPal to correct these unethical business practices.
