Closing/Cancelling account Florida
I had four accounts with Barclays Bank. All four of the accounts were closed without prior notice. Three of them had not been used in a while, but the fourth ( Barclay - - ) was active and used often. All accounts were paid in full and on time. The bank refused to give me any reason for the closure of the Barclay - - ( - ), despite my repeated requests on the phone and via email. I have never had any accounts closed in my 40+ years of having credit cards. When I requested a refund of my annual fees, I was told they would not be refunded. I had unused travel rewards of -, which would have been good to offset - of travel related charges. I had more than that in travel related charges against which I could have used the travel rewards. They have refused to give me any credit for those rewards.
