JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I and - travel companions made a reservation at the - - in -. I charged this reservation on my Chse credit card. On arrival, we discovered that there was no hot water available ( see attached affadavit ) so we went to a different fhotel ( receipt attached from - - - ), I disputed the charge at the - hotel since no hot water was available but Chase has sided with the - hotel. I feel this is not right since we did not stay there and we had good reason ( lack of hot water ) for going elsewhere. Thank you for your kind attention, - -
