MSW Capital LLC continued attempts to collect on a paid account. History After a dispute through the CRA 's, - - updated the account as paid. On -/-/16 ( see attached ) I sent a direct dispute to - - regarding the paid account being properly reported. They forwarded that dispute to MSW Capital LLC. - - -, NJ - - - had stated they transferred the account to MSW Capital LLC . However - -


I submitted a complaint with the - in reference to clarification of MSW Capital LLC address. MSW Capital LLC replied -/-/16 there address was MSW Capital LLC - - -, - - -, Florida - ( see attached - Complaint ) However MSW Capital LLC response indicates they have not been notified the account has been changed to paid after a dispute through the CRA 's in reference to the - - account. To avoid MSW Capital continue attempt to try to collect on paid account I would like them properly notified.
