Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I had applied and was approved for the - - - - with the ability to earn - - points after spending $1000.00 in 90 days. I have completed the spend requirement along with paying off the card. My first statement shows that I am owed - - points. It has been almost two weeks since this statement has closed and both Barclaycard and - refuse to give me a straight answer as to where my points are and why they can not link my card to my true blue account. I have spoken with both sides and not one can give me a straight answer other then they are holding over - points that I rightfully earned hostage.
