As this is the only soapbox I can use to complain about the credit monitoring services I wish to complain over and over again until this system is fixed or got rid of. I came to this country as an - 30 yrs ago. I worked, paid taxes all this time and paid my debts. I decided to go back to school at the age of -. I applied for a - plus loan. I was denied. I was never given the specific reason for the denial. but it could have been one of the four following. A collection account, a tax lien. I was denied a job in - because of -. I actually paid off the IRS tax lien. I was denied a job by - in - because of the tax lien. I paid off the tax lien in -, 2016. You would think I had bells and whistles and chocolate but no. I have been going back and forth with - I wonder at using - anyhow to determine whether or not I should be able to get an education. In 30 years I have never been given a perfect credit score. Ever. I had a $100000.00 mortgage until - decided to put me into eleven years of litigation and they graciously let me have a $300000.00 mortgage which is ridiculous at this stage of my life. I am not the only person in the US who suffered through the Great Recession that has decimated the - and over population. The tattle-tale credit reporting system needs to be overhauled. I strongly suspect that only while middle-age males get perfect credit. I think women, immigrants, of any ethnicity, - and - probably never get good credit ever.
