On - -, 2016 I sent a request for a Security Freeze that listed my name, social security number and date of birth along with my Drivers License, Social Security -, Police report and proof of my address. Per the certified mailing receipt it was signed by TransUnion on - -, 2016. I have yet to receive any confirmation that the security freeze has been placed.
