U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I am delinquent on - credit cards with US Bank. My only source of income is direct deposit to my US Bank checking acct. of Social Security. I am paying what I can each month after I pay my mortgage and utilities. US Bank has me on their " dialer service '' for both my home and cell phone. From - thru - they called me from - letting it ring twice ( 14 times ) & then hang up. On -, I called and spoke with - and she advised she would take me off the " dialer service '' and have a supervisor call me on or about -. I advised I was scheduled for - on -. Admission and discharge charge records are available if needed as proof. From - thru -, I received - calls ( - ring hang-ups ) on my home phone. From - thru -, I received - calls ( - ring hang-ups ) on my cell phone. I want these harassing calls to stop. I am aware of my debt and will continue to make payments on these credit cards. Their constant calls serve no purpose other than harassment in my opinion. If there is n't a law against this type of harassment ... there should be.
