On - -, I received an email from Experian. Subject : Notification : Your - Score has changed! I clicked the button that read : " Check your - Score Now '' I landed on a webpage with - buttons. " See all - scores '' or " See - score '' There was absolutely no indication I was placing an order. No information that my credit card would be charged.
No please review and confirm your order page. No email confirmation that I had placed an order. I have been scammed by Experian as they charged my credit card $39.00 without my authorization. I have sent Experian an email requesting a refund just prior to filling out this form. CFPB, Please see what you can do to facilitate a prompt refund of $39.00.
