Citibank Credit card department,
I have a balance transfer offer with Citibank that expired in -. I plan on paying the entire balance in full. By - -, Citi charged $39.00 to my account. I want to get these fees waived, but have had difficulty in the past doing so with this bank. Been a Citi cardholder since 2012, never made a late payment and my credit is excellent. Recently, I spoke with a Citibank representative. They were able to reduce my interest rate. This happened before the interest charges posted on my account.
