" - - " claims to be a supervisor for - - -, he claims to work for the " Pre- litigation He threatened that if I did n't pay $3000.00 within 10 days they were going to take me to court and file a civil lawsuit. So when I called this a scam, and asked for Proof in writing? he refused to give me my debt notification in writing, and said that I have till - tomorrow to call him to agree to pay or else face a civil law suit. He said they are n't obligated to notify me if a debt that I owe, he said that 's my responsibility. He was rude and threatening and talking loud over me the whole time. He would n't let me speak with a supervisor.
